How to Make a Macho Car Femine

Your car is often a large and important investment and you should therefore make sure that it reflects your own personality in every aspect. If you are a girly-girl you should have a girly car! Fortunately, it is not hard to transform even a macho-macho a car into a girly-girly vehicle and turn it into the perfect accessory.

If your car is a boring black or ugly brown thing, you can naturally have it repainted to a more girly colour such as pink, cerise or lilac. This can however be quite expensive and there are a number of cheaper ways of creating a girly car. Do not under estimate the power of seat covers. By changing you boring seat covers into pink fuzzy ones you will change the whole appearance of you car and any passenger that enters you car will instantly feel that this is indeed a girly car.

If you have a car with a stick instead of an automatic gear box you can count yourself lucky, because this gives a great possibility of making your car even more girly. It is possible to purchase a new top to replace the old boring one with. I personally find the glass knobs filled with glitter superb, but there are also a wide range of other girly knobs out there in a multitude of happy pastel colors.

You see how people tend to decorate their cars with dull bumper stickers in dreary colors? It is also common for cars to be sold with hideous stickers with the name of the car company attached to the windows. This is naturally something that has to be dealt with if you want to have a girly car. Buy new and beautiful stickers and use them to cover the old and ugly ones with. If your new stickers are too transparent to cover the old ones, you can carefully remove them before you attach your new girly stickers to the car. Make sure that you do not use any utensils that can scratch the car or any solvents that can be harmful to the look of you car. You can also use magnets to cover your car with beautiful girly colors and messages. Magnets are easier to change than stickers and you can therefore change to magnets to match different occasions. Girly stickers must naturally be accompanied with girly pink caps that are placed on the hub caps.

The next step in your car make over is to find beautiful and girly things to hang from your mirror. Air fresheners can add a girly cherry or strawberry scent to your girly car. If you like cherries, you can actually get a cherry steering wheel with matching cherry air freshener! When decorating your girly car you can seek inspiration from catholic countries such as Mexico where you will frequently see a brightly colored Madonna figurine with sprayed on glitter dangling from the mirror accompanied with pearly rosaries. You can also seek encouragement from India where most cars are decorated in a similar way, but with baby blue Krishna and glow-in-the-dark Ganesha figurines.

If you really want to protect your girly car, you should get it a girly cover. A girly car cover can be laid over your girly car when you park it and protect you baby from evil pigeons, falling nuts and squashy falling fruits. Parking under a tree is nice since it provides shade, but it is always linked to this type of hazards. If you live in a sunny area, the girly car cover should ideally have a light color, such as baby pink or pale lilac, since light colors will keep your car cooler. Make sure that the fabric is weather proof and suitable for your region. A girly car cover should be just like the owner of the car - strong and pretty.
